Air jordan 1 retro high og : Bottom line from this review- The "Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG" is a 10/10 for style and a 6/10 for modern comfort [z8rlm6p1]
It’s a piece of wearable art from the "Jordan" series. At ~$180, you decide what's more important. For me, having this icon in the collection is worth the firm ride. But go in with those realistic expectations, and you won’t be disappointed. Talking pros & cons? Major pro: style. It's arguably the most influential sneaker "ever". The construction on this retro is generally good. Con? The comfort - or lack thereof. If you need plush cushioning for all-day wear, look elsewhere. Also, the leather quality can vary between releases. For $180, you hope for the best. Personally? I think it's worth it for the iconic status. Wearing these around, you "feel" the history. Every time I lace up this Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG, I'm reminded why it's a pillar of the Jordan series. However, the ankle collar can be stiff and might dig in for some people. It's a design from '85, after all! So, if you have wider feet or prefer a more forgiving collar, maybe try it on first. Putting these on camera, the "Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG" just pops. The shape is so clean — no wonky panels or odd lines. Compared to some of the recent, more padded retros, this OG build looks sleeker. I'm wearing the 'Royal' blue pair, and that contrast against the black is "insane". It's a shoe that "always" looks good in photos and in person. That's a massive win in my book.
