If you're planning to beat these up daily, just be prepared for some serious cleaning sessions. In conclusion: The Air Jordan 11 'Igloo' is a win. Great for sneakerheads wanting a unique colorway, awesome for casual wear. Maybe not for first-time AJ11 buyers who should get a classic color first? But for me, this release nails it. Comfortable, stunning looks, and it just feels special. Go for it if you can. In natural light, this 'Igloo' colorway "really" pops. The off-white / "igloo" upper has a subtle texture, and the contrast with the cool grey hits is just perfect. It's less flashy than a 'Concord' but has way more personality than a standard white-based 11. It photographs incredibly well. Comparing it to my other 11s, the "igloo release" sits in a unique spot. It's more versatile for daily wear than the 'Breds' but has more visual interest than the 'Legend Blue'. The icy outsole is a bit less transparent than on some older retros, which – honestly – might help with long-term yellowing.
