The Air Jordan Mid 1 is a workhorse. The materials held up, they're comfortable enough, and I got tons of compliments. They don't try to be something they're not. They're a solid, classic sneaker that just works. Putting these Air Jordan Mid 1s on feet... the fit is true to size for me. The ankle collar gives a nice, secure feel - it's not as restrictive as the Highs, which I actually prefer for everyday wear. The insole is pretty standard, so don't expect ultra-plush cushioning right out of the box. It's that familiar, supportive Jordan 1 feel. On feet, the look is just timeless. This particular colorway—mostly white with grey and that black Swoosh—is incredibly versatile. You can wear these with "literally" anything. Comparing it to the OG High, the main difference is obviously the collar height... and the price. The "Air Jordan Mid 1" often sits at a more accessible price, which is a huge plus for a lot of people. To wrap it up: I'm really happy with these. They look sharp on camera and even better in person. The Jordan Mid 1 fills a specific niche wonderfully. It's not trying to be the High, and that's okay!
