The comfort is "not" for everyone. If you need plush cushioning, look at "Jordan 11"s or "13"s. Also, the leather can crease noticeably (part of the charm for some, a flaw for others). And that high-top can feel restrictive if you're used to lows. It's a style-over-maximum-comfort pick, period. Alright, so first look at these Jordan Air 1 Highs in the 'Dark Mocha' colorway? The leather quality is actually really nice – soft, minimal creasing right out of the box. The color blocking is iconic, obviously. For $185, the materials feel premium. My initial impression is super solid; it's a clean, wearable iteration of a classic. After wearing these Jordan 1s for a bit, the leather does break in nicely. The fit is true to size, good width. The grip is decent on dry surfaces. Is it worth the price? For this colorway and quality, yes – if you love the design. But at retail or slightly above; I wouldn't pay a massive resell premium for the basic tech inside. In direct sunlight, the materials really show up.
