But for that iconic, street-ready style—the Jordan 1, especially around this $180 price point, is still a solid entry in the Jordan series. Comparing it to something like a Jordan 3 or 4? The Jordan Air 1 is noticeably less cushioned and more rigid. But that’s also why it’s lighter and feels more connected to the ground. It’s a different experience entirely—one rooted in history, not modern tech. If you want plush comfort, look elsewhere in the Jordan series. Comparing them to my other Jordans... yeah, the Air 1 is stiffer than, say, a Jordan 13 (obviously). If you want something unique, this might not be it. But for a classic blue & white sneaker, it's a home run.
