The Nike Air Jordan 6 delivers on its promise. It's not perfect (no shoe is!), but its place in the Jordan series is cemented. A fantastic addition to the rotation, no doubt about it. Now, a potential con? The tech is dated. If you're used to modern, bouncy cushioning, the firm ride of this "Air Jordan 6" might disappoint you. Also, that padded tongue and collar can feel a bit bulky to some people. It's part of the design, but it's not the most streamlined fit. Just something to keep in mind. Putting these "Air Jordan 6s" on... the fit is snug, in a good way. The inner sleeve hugs your foot. Cushioning? It's firm, not super plush like modern shoes, but you definitely feel that Air unit in the heel. They're not heavy, but you know you're wearing a substantial sneaker. It's a very '90s basketball feel. On feet, the design is just timeless. The 'Infrared' hits on the midsole and the tongue tab are so vibrant. They look even better in person than in pictures. The way the light catches the materials? "Chef's kiss". This is a shoe that gets compliments every time I wear it out.
