It's heavier & less cushioned. But you don't buy this for tech - you buy it for the timeless style & that unbeatable Jordan series heritage. Comparing it to my other Jordans... This 'Grey' AJ1 is way easier to style than my Chicagos, but it lacks that pop. Next to a Jordan 3 or 4, the comfort isn't even close - those have more cushion. But for a pure, sharp silhouette? The Jordan 1 still wins. This specific pair fills a gap as that essential neutral in your rotation. It's a workhorse. Comparing it to other Jordans? The Air Jordan 1 Grey sits in a sweet spot. It's more durable and structured than a Jordan 1 Low, and way more accessible style-wise than some hyped releases. It lacks the story of an OG color-blocking, but makes up for it in pure wearability.
