Instant classic vibes right out of the box. The color blocking is iconic, and the build feels pretty good. Slid them on, and the fit is TTS – snug around the midfoot, which I like. They’re light & easy to wear all day. Honestly, a perfect starter sneaker for anyone. Now, the not-so-great stuff. The obvious con is the comfort, or lack of "modern" comfort. The insole is thin, the midsole is firm. If you're on your feet all day, you "might" want more support. Also, some colorways use stiffer leather that needs a break-in period. It's not a performance shoe, so manage those expectations with this Jordan 1 model. The 'Court Purple' Air Jordan 1 Low is in the house. This is a straightforward, great-looking shoe. The purple pops against the black. On foot, they feel secure & lightweight. It's a classic basketball silhouette, so cushioning is minimal – that's the trade-off. Worth the $115? For the style, yes. For all-day comfort? Probably not.
