This color-blocking is legendary. The build is consistent – no complaints. When I put them on, the collar sits low on the ankle, offering great freedom of movement. For a retro design, they're surprisingly wearable all day. The flat outsole provides good board-feel, if that's your thing. However, the midsole is "not" soft. It's a style-first shoe. If you love the AJ1 High look but find it restrictive, the "Low" is your answer. Worth it for the heritage. Skip if comfort is your #1 priority.
