If you prioritize extreme comfort above all else, you might be disappointed. It's a flat, firm shoe. Also, purists who "only" mess with the OG High-top silhouette might skip it. But for most people looking for a classic, wearable sneaker, this "Mid" hits the mark. Comparing it directly to other Jordans? The "air jordan 1 mid" sits right between the iconic High and the more casual Low. You lose some of the classic High-top drama, but you gain everyday versatility. The cushioning is the same familiar setup: not super plush, but reliable. It's a great gateway into the Jordan series if Highs feel like too much.
