Stitching is clean on my pair. The metallic leather is smooth. It's not a luxury leather, but it's durable. Compared to some recent "Jordan" releases, the consistency on Mids seems pretty solid. No major complaints here for $120 USD. On foot, the "Air Jordan 1 Mid" is exactly what you expect: supportive, with a secure fit around the ankle. It's not a "comfort shoe" – let's be real, the cushioning is basic. But for style? Unbeatable. Comparing it to the High, you lose a bit of that iconic look, but the Mid is "way" easier to get on and off daily. A great entry into the "Jordan series". Let’s talk pros and cons, real quick. "Pro": Iconic style, easy to wear, and a relatively lower price point for a "Jordan" product. "Con": The footbed is pretty basic… zero break-in pain for me, but don’t expect amazing arch support. It’s a flat-feeling shoe. So, who's it for? Someone wanting that classic sneaker look without the High-top price tag. Not for folks needing all-day, walk-everywhere comfort. Comparing it directly to a Jordan 1 High OG... the main difference is obvious: the collar height. The Mid cuts off just above the ankle bone. For me, it actually makes putting them on a bit easier. Some purists will always prefer the High's look, but for lifestyle wear, this Air Jordan 1 Mid is often more practical (and sometimes more affordable).
