I actually prefer the Mid for my casual fits. The price, usually under $130, is a plus. Downside? Some purists will always favor the High. But for comfort and style in the "Jordan" series, the "Mid" holds its own. Comparing it to its siblings: the "Air Jordan 1 Mid" sits — obviously — between the low and the high. It’s more accessible price-wise than many Retro Highs. The silhouette is nearly identical to the High, just a slightly shorter collar. For daily wear, that difference is minimal. You still get that iconic Jordan Series look & feel. It’s a fantastic entry point into the AJ1 world, no doubt. On foot now, and the Air Jordan 1 Mid feels... classic. The cushioning is firm—you're not getting modern, bouncy comfort here. It's more about that secure, locked-down feel. The ankle support is good for casual wear, not for balling. The design is timeless, though—a true sneakerhead staple. Unboxing this 'Triple White' "Air Jordan 1 Mid" – wow, these are crisp. The leather has a nice grain. Sliding them on, the ankle collar is padded just enough. They feel more flexible than older Mids I've owned. The all-white look is a summer killer, but be warned: they'll get dirty fast. A great, affordable alternative to the High OG versions, for sure.
