The cushioning is basic—it's not a shoe for all-day walking or basketball. Also, the leather quality can vary by colorway; sometimes it's a bit stiff. Just copped the 'Light Smoke Grey' "Air Jordan 1 Mid". The materials feel good, and the grey suede/nubuck combo adds nice texture. On foot, they're not heavy at all. One of the best things about the "Mid" is the versatility—you can dress them up or down so easily. Honestly, a great all-rounder for any sneaker rotation.
