It’s not a sloppy fit at all. The outsole grip is decent on dry surfaces. Where it might disappoint? If you have wider feet—it can feel narrow in the toe box. My advice? Maybe go half a size up if you're unsure. For the average foot, true to size works. It’s a straightforward, no-frills wearing experience, which I kinda respect. So I just unboxed this new 'Hyper Royal' colorway of the "Air Jordan 1 Mid". The blue is way nicer in person! The build feels solid, no major glue stains or anything. As a shoe in the "Jordan" series, the "Mid" is such a versatile option—easier to style for everyday than some of the high-tops, in my opinion. On feet, this is where the Air Jordan 1 Mid shines. The design is just timeless. This color blocking works with "so" many fits — jeans, joggers, shorts. It looks great on camera and even better in person. Compared to some louder Jordan 1 Highs, this Mid version feels a bit more wearable and understated for daily use, which is a big plus for a lot of people. Unboxing this 'Triple White' "Air Jordan 1 Mid" – wow, these are crisp. The leather has a nice grain. Sliding them on, the ankle collar is padded just enough. They feel more flexible than older Mids I've owned. The all-white look is a summer killer, but be warned: they'll get dirty fast. A great, affordable alternative to the High OG versions, for sure.
