The leather is stiff initially – no way around it. The flat footbed is the biggest thing to note; it's not a "comfort" shoe out of the box. But man, on foot, the profile is so sharp. Perfect for the style-focused wearer who loves the AJ1 look but doesn’t wanna break the bank. Great for beginners in the sneaker game. If you value a versatile, iconic silhouette from the Jordan Series above all else, the "Air Jordan 1 Mid" is a no-brainer. It’s a workhorse sneaker for your everyday fits. That's the trade-off for the lower price point (~$120). On feet, they look fantastic—the Mid height is very flattering.
