Also, if you're a die-hard sneakerhead who only values the "original" High OG specs and materials, you might be disappointed. This is the more accessible, mass-friendly version of the icon. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with that for 99% of people. Just copped the 'Light Smoke Grey' "Air Jordan 1 Mid". The materials feel good, and the grey suede/nubuck combo adds nice texture. On foot, they're not heavy at all. One of the best things about the "Mid" is the versatility—you can dress them up or down so easily. Honestly, a great all-rounder for any sneaker rotation.
