I actually prefer the Mid for my casual fits. The price, usually under $130, is a plus. Downside? Some purists will always favor the High. But for comfort and style in the "Jordan" series, the "Mid" holds its own. Who is this NOT for? Listen, if you need arch support or have serious foot issues, the "air jordan 1 mid"'s flat footbed might not be your friend. It's a fashion-first sneaker. Also, if you're a purest for the 1985 details – the OG High is your grail. But for someone wanting that Jordan 1 vibe on a budget, or who finds Highs too tall, this Mid version is a perfect solution. Conversely, the "air jordan 1 mid" might "not" be for you if you need premium materials or max cushioning. Hardcore Jordan 1 High collectors might skip it. Also, if you have wider feet, the break-in period can be a bit tough. Know what you're buying: a style icon, not a tech marvel. Slipping these "Air Jordan 1 Mids" on… immediate thoughts? The fit is true to size for me. The ankle collar is a bit lower than the OG High, which I actually "prefer" for daily wear – easier on the ankles! The cushioning is… well, it’s firm. You're not buying these for a cloud-like ride, let’s be real.
