For that purpose, it’s still one of the best designs ever, period. Comparing this "Air Jordan 1 Mid" to, say, a Jordan 1 High—you're getting a very similar look for less height. I actually prefer the Mid for my casual fits. The price, usually under $130, is a plus. Downside? Some purists will always favor the High. But for comfort and style in the "Jordan" series, the "Mid" holds its own.
