On feet, this 'Chicago' "Air Jordan 1 Mid" looks amazing. The red really pops! Compared to the OG High version, the "Mid" lacks some of that top-tier ankle support, but honestly? For casual wear, it’s totally fine. A huge pro is the easier on-and-off. A con? That break-in period can be a bit stiff. Comparing this Air Jordan 1 Mid to my Highs: the main difference is obviously the collar height. The Mid cuts just below the ankle bone. It can feel a bit less restrictive, maybe a tiny bit lighter. But visually? To most people, it’s still that unmistakable Jordan 1 profile. A great alternative if Highs feel too tall for you. Who is this for?
