The leather is decently soft, not cardboard-stiff, which is a nice surprise for the $125 price point. I’m digging the clean, wearable color-blocking straight away. It’s a classic "Jordan" silhouette that just works. The biggest pro for me? Timelessness. You can wear an Air Jordan 1 Mid now, and it'll look just as good in 5 years. The cons? That classic cushioning (or lack thereof) isn't for everyone. If you need a pillowy ride, this ain't it. But for a sharp, clean shoe that works with 90% of your wardrobe? It's honestly a staple. I keep reaching for mine. On feet, the look is just "timeless". I love how the "Jordan 1 Mid" profile works with jeans or shorts. The leather creases, yeah, but that’s part of the character. Compared to a Dunk, the toe box shape feels slightly more refined to me. It’s a simple, effective design that "always" looks good on camera. Comparing it directly to a Jordan 1 High OG... the main difference is obvious: the collar height. The Mid cuts off just above the ankle bone. For me, it actually makes putting them on a bit easier. Some purists will always prefer the High's look, but for lifestyle wear, this Air Jordan 1 Mid is often more practical (and sometimes more affordable).
