If you're used to React or Air Max, the Air Jordan 1 Mid will feel stiff. It's a flat, firm ride. The break-in period is real! But after a few wears? The fit molds nicely. The advantage here is stability. For all-day wear on your feet? Maybe not. But for style points and that iconic look? It's still a top contender in the Jordan series. Unboxing this "Air Jordan 1 Mid" "Altitude Green" and my first thought is: "This leather will crease, and that's okay." It's part of the story! Wearing them feels nostalgic — takes me back. The traction is good on dry surfaces, and the padded tongue is a nice touch. Is it worth the $125? As a piece of sneaker culture, absolutely. As a pinnacle of foot technology? No way.
