Here's my take after a full day in these. The "Air Jordan 1 Retro" breaks in nicely, becoming more comfortable over time. The leather softens up. However, that initial stiffness is real. On camera, the shoe's proportions are perfect – it's why it's so photogenic. Compared to a low-top version, you get more support. The advantage is its sheer iconic status and how it completes a fit.
