And if you're terrified of sole yellowing, the clear bottom might cause you stress. The "Air Jordan 11 285 release" isn't for every single person, and that's okay. How do they look in person vs. pictures? Honestly, "even better". The patent leather mudguard has a perfect shine, and the contrast with the matte sections is "so" clean. Wearing these with jeans or shorts, the "Air Jordan 11 '285 Release" just pops. They're a head-turner for sure, but in a classy, not-too-loud way. Taking a closer look at the details... the "285" on the heel is a cool, unique touch for this specific release. The patent leather cut is high-gloss & feels premium. Comparing it to my other 11s, the color blocking here is more traditional, but that's not a bad thing! It's instantly recognizable as an iconic Jordan. A solid first impression, for sure.
