Compared to my Concords, it's less stark and maybe a bit more playful? Just a fantastic, wearable design. Here's a potential downside, though: the patent leather cut. On some feet, that stiff patent leather around the toe box can cause discomfort or creasing anxiety – it's just the nature of the material. If you prefer a super soft, flexible toe box from day one, the AJ11 design might require a short break-in period. Alright, so I just unboxed the "Air Jordan 11 'Cherry'", and "wow"—that color in hand is "so" vibrant. The white patent leather really makes that cherry red pop. For $225, the initial quality feels solid—no glue issues I can see. It's a classic "Jordan" silhouette, but this colorway? It's definitely a statement piece right out of the box.
