It’s a confident release from the Jordan Brand. The color story works, the quality is there, and it fills a specific niche in a collection. For $225 USD, you know what you're getting: an icon, refreshed. Go for it if you've been waiting for a red-based 11. You won't be disappointed. Conversely, who might want to skip it? If you prioritize ultimate comfort and lightweight performance above all – maybe look at a Jordan 37 or something more modern. Also, if you already have a white-based AJ11 like the Concord or the 'Cool Grey,' the 'Cherry' might feel a bit redundant in your collection. Think about your needs and existing rotation. Comparing it to my other 11s, the "Cherry" holds its own. The quality is consistent with recent retros. It doesn't have the "cool factor" of an OG colorway, but it brings its own fun energy. It’s a celebratory shoe. If you’re on the fence, seeing them in person might just sell you. So, I just put these Air Jordan 11 Cherry joints on my feet. Immediate thoughts? The fit is fantastic - true to size for me. That patent leather cage gives you a really secure, locked-in feel around the midfoot, which I love. The cushioning? Full-length Air unit feels great - it's not super plush like some modern shoes, but it's comfortable for all-day wear, for sure. A classic Jordan feel.
