The main difference is obviously the bold color-blocking. Versus a more modern Jordan, say a 36, the tech is dated, but the 11's style and iconic status are untouchable. It's a different kind of value proposition for $225. On feet, they look incredible. The white mesh and that bold red patent leather create such a sharp contrast – it's a head-turner for sure. In different lighting, the "Cherry" color really shines. This is one of those "Jordan 11" colorways that looks even better on foot than in the box. It's a classic, simple as that. Sliding my foot into this air jordan 11 cherry… man, that fit is "snug" at first. The patent leather doesn't give much, so it's a true-to-size, locked-down feel. Once you're in, though, the cushioning feels great. That full-length Air unit and carbon fiber plate provide that stable, responsive ride the 11s are known for. It's a premium feel. Potential downside? The patent leather can crease, and some people "really" don't like that. It's also not the most breathable shoe, so hot summer days might be rough. And at $225 USD, it's a significant investment. It's not for everyone's budget or style preference.
