The 'Cool Grey' colorway is "perfect". If you're looking for cutting-edge comfort tech, maybe look elsewhere. But for style, history, and that special feeling? Pulling these out of the box is an event. I highly recommend them. Comparing these to other Jordan 11s, like the Concords, the "Cool Grey" is definitely the more low-key, everyday option. The lack of that stark white contrast makes them feel a bit more durable for regular wear. Versus a Jordan 1 or 4, the 11 has a more refined, almost dress-shoe-like profile (in a good way!). It's a different vibe entirely within the Jordan series. However— and this is real— the patent leather can be a bit stiff at first. It might crease in a specific way, which some collectors hate. Also, the outsole is a fingerprint magnet! If you like your kicks spotless, be prepared for constant wiping. The $225 price tag is steep, but for this iconic re-release, many will find it justified. Who might want to pass? If you're on a tight budget, there are more comfortable daily drivers for less money. If you "hate" seeing creases on your sneakers, the patent leather will bother you. Also, if you prefer super chunky or ultra-boost-like comfort, the AJ11's more firm, responsive ride might not be your thing.
