If you're super particular about keeping your sneakers pristine, the "air jordan 11 gamma" will show wear. Also, at $225, it's an investment. It's a lifestyle shoe, not my first pick for serious on-court performance nowadays. Now, a real con? The "price tag" at $225 USD is steep—no way around it. Also, that icy blue outsole "will" yellow over time, it’s inevitable. And if you have a wider foot, the fit through the midfoot can be snug due to the patent leather. It’s not the most breathable shoe for summer either. These are things you "have" to consider before buying. Comparing it to other 11s? The 'Gamma' sits with the 'Concords' & 'Breds' as a top-tier colorway. It's less flashy than the 'Jubilees' but more distinctive than the all-black 'Cap and Gowns'. Compared to a Jordan 1 or 4, the 11 Gamma Blue feels more formal & performance-oriented in its design, even for casual wear. Alright, on feet now. The fit? For me, it's true to size. The "air jordan 11 gamma" has that classic 11 feel: good cushioning from the Air unit, solid ankle support. They're not the "lightest" sneaker in the world, but you get used to it. The upper is comfy right out of the box, which is a plus.
