It can crease. It's just part of the deal with this material. Also, the outsole is "not" for serious outdoor use—it's a traction beast on clean courts, but will pick up dirt easily. For $185, you're paying for the icon status and design, not for groundbreaking, modern tech. Who should "skip" these? If you need maximum cushioning for long walks, maybe look elsewhere (think New Balance or recent Nikes). Also, if you're not a fan of the patent leather shine – this shoe is built around that material. It's a specific aesthetic. For pure performance basketball, there are definitely better modern options, no question. Slipping these on, the fit is true to size for me. The cushioning isn't super plush like modern performance shoes, but that's not the point here. The air jordan 11 low bred feels comfortable "and" supportive for casual wear. It's a classic Jordan feel – a bit firm but "very" stable. The weight is nice "and" light, especially compared to the high-top AJ11s. Now, a potential con for some: The fit can be snug. I went true-to-size, and it's perfect for me, but if you have a wider foot, you might want to try a half-size up. Also, that patent leather can crease – it's just part of the deal with this model. Don't expect it to stay pristine if you're actually wearing them!
