It makes the Air Jordan 11 Rare Air feel less formal than the OG. In daylight, the "Particle Grey" pops just enough. It’s a sophisticated colorway. A real advantage is easier cleaning compared to patent leather! But again, that lack of shine might be a dealbreaker for some 11 fans. Putting these Air Jordan 11 Rare Airs on my feet was a different experience. The fit is surprisingly good - TTS for me. The big thing? That leather upper makes it "way" more breathable than a standard 11. The comfort is there, but it's a different kind of cushioning - a bit firmer at first. If you're used to the plush feel of the Concord or Bred 11, this feels more... utilitarian. Major pros? The versatility is the biggest one. This Black / Varsity Royal colorway goes with almost anything—jeans, joggers, shorts. The leather is easy to clean. It’s a comfortable, head-turning sneaker that doesn’t scream for attention. As a lifestyle piece within the Jordan series, the Air Jordan 11 Rare air nails its brief. If you love the 11 silhouette but want something less delicate for regular wear, this is a fantastic option, honestly. On feet now! The comfort is... interesting. The cushioning is decent for all-day wear - no complaints there. However, the fit is a bit roomier than my usual Jordan 11s. I'd suggest maybe going half a size down for a snugger feel. The weight is good, not too heavy at all. Walking around, they feel solid. It's a comfortable, versatile option for sure!
