The mix of materials – that buttery suede and patent leather mudguard – looks fantastic in natural light. It's a low-key flex, you know? Compared to other loud Jordans, this Air Jordan 11 Retro Low is more versatile. It’s a shoe you can actually build a lot of outfits around. Major plus in my book. Alright, so first look at this Air Jordan 11 Retro Low 'Igloo'... man, the photos really don't do it justice? The all-white upper with that icy blue outsole is "clean". The patent leather mudguard has a nice, subtle sheen to it. For $225 USD, the initial quality out of the box feels solid – no major glue stains or anything, which is always a plus with Jordans, right? Final verdict? I'm really digging this pair. The Air Jordan 11 Retro Low Igloo is a strong, "no-brainer" addition for summer. It delivers the iconic design in a fresh, low-top makeover. My personal take? If you like the color and the 11 model, it's a great pickup. It's not a revolutionary shoe, but it's executed very, very well. On feet now, and the comfort is standard for an 11 – which is good! The cushioning is plush, thanks to that full-length Air-Sole unit. The fit is true to size for me; it's a comfortable, secure wrap around the midfoot. They're not super light, but you don't feel weighed down. For all-day wear? I think they'd be just fine. The insole is nice and padded right out of the box.
