It's less formal than an all-leather AJ1 but more refined than a mesh runner. The low-cut gives you more ankle freedom than the iconic high-top 11s. For $185, it's a premium summer option within the "Jordan series". Personally, I think it's a great alternative if you want 11s but find the highs a bit much.
