It's great for everyday wear, and you won't be terrified of creasing them like some super-limited pairs. It's a fantastic entry point into the Jordan series. Sliding these air jordan mid 1s on... immediate comfort. The ankle collar is softer & more flexible than a High, which I actually prefer for casual wear. The padded tongue and interior feel plush. They're not ultra-light, but the weight distribution is good. For all-day wear? I think they'll be just fine, honestly. Opening the box, the quality is... "expected" for a mid-tier Jordan. It's not premium, but it's not bad either. The real win for the Air Jordan Mid 1 is the colorway variety. You can find almost any combo you want. For a sneakerhead starting their collection, or someone who just wants a reliable, iconic design, it's a great option. Not for the "materials snob" though. Comparing it to the OG Highs? The Air Jordan Mid 1 obviously has a shorter collar. It's easier to get on and off. Some purists might miss the full high-top look, but for everyday versatility? I think the Mid is a winner. The price point is also generally better, often under $130 USD.
