It's "not" for performance basketball, and it's "definitely" not for someone seeking "cloud-like" comfort. Know what you're buying! On feet now. The fit is true to size for me. The padding around the ankle on the Mid is noticeable—it's comfortable and gives good support for casual wear. The footbed isn't plush by any means, but it's not uncomfortable either. It's that classic, flat feel. If you're used to modern, cushioned sneakers, the Air Jordan 1 Mid might feel a bit firm at first.
