It's not the most comfortable shoe in my rotation, but it's one of the most reliable for looks. The Air Jordan Mid 1 just works. For under $140, it's a solid pickup in my book. Got this 'Wolf Grey' Air Jordan Mid 1 in today. Very underrated colorway—super easy to match. The quality is mid-tier, but that's the Mid's lane. Slip them on, and the cushioning is firm but not uncomfortable. Visually, the lower cut makes your legs look a bit longer—a nice style perk. The outsole grip is good for casual use. It's a great introductory shoe to the Jordan series. Probably not for someone who already owns multiple Jordan 1 Highs, unless you really dig the color. Conversely, who should skip it? Hardcore comfort seekers, for sure. Also, if you're a purest for the original '85 High OG shape and details, the Mid’s proportions might feel off. And if you already have multiple similar colorways in the Jordan series, this might be a pass. It’s a fantastic shoe, but it doesn’t reinvent the wheel.
