As a casual, go-to sneaker, these hit the mark. They look great on camera and in person, they're comfortable enough after break-in, and they carry that "Jordan series" DNA. Would I recommend them? For a classic, wearable sneaker – absolutely. Just know what you're getting into! Who might want to skip? If you're a hardcore OG silhouette collector "only" chasing Highs, this isn't it. If you need plush, modern cushioning for long walks, consider something with more tech. And if you dislike obvious creasing on the toe box, maybe look at a different material. Just my two cents! Who should skip it? If you're all about the "highest" quality materials or need that plush, modern cushioning… look elsewhere. Also, hardcore purists who only mess with the OG High-top silhouette might not vibe with the Mid's shorter cut. It's a different beast within the Jordan series. Conversely, who should skip it? Hardcore comfort seekers, for sure. Also, if you're a purest for the original '85 High OG shape and details, the Mid’s proportions might feel off. And if you already have multiple similar colorways in the Jordan series, this might be a pass. It’s a fantastic shoe, but it doesn’t reinvent the wheel.
