It’s a piece of sneaker culture at a relatively friendly price point. For me, it’s a yes, but with those caveats. It fills a specific niche in the Jordan lineup very well. Hope this honest review helps you decide! On foot, the design "truly" pops. The contrast between the white, black, and that vibrant red is "so" sharp. In natural light, this Air Jordan Mid 1 looks even better. It's a timeless color-blocking. The major pro? Its insane versatility. You can literally wear this with almost anything in your closet. Putting these Air Jordan Mid 1s on feet... the fit is true to size for me. The ankle collar gives a nice, secure feel - it's not as restrictive as the Highs, which I actually prefer for everyday wear. The insole is pretty standard, so don't expect ultra-plush cushioning right out of the box. It's that familiar, supportive Jordan 1 feel. On feet, the look is just timeless. This particular colorway—mostly white with grey and that black Swoosh—is incredibly versatile. You can wear these with "literally" anything. Comparing it to the OG High, the main difference is obviously the collar height... and the price. The "Air Jordan Mid 1" often sits at a more accessible price, which is a huge plus for a lot of people.
