I got the "White/University Red" colorway, & for $135 USD, the materials feel solid. The leather is decent, not super premium, but honestly? For a Mid, it's exactly what I expected. A great entry into the Jordan series, for sure. Comparing it to other "Jordan series" models – like the Air Jordan 1 High – you're obviously getting less ankle coverage. But for daily kicks, that's not a bad thing! The materials might feel slightly different than some premium High releases, but for the cost? You're still getting a legendary design that turns heads. Who should skip it? If you're all about the "highest" quality materials or need that plush, modern cushioning… look elsewhere. Also, hardcore purists who only mess with the OG High-top silhouette might not vibe with the Mid's shorter cut. It's a different beast within the Jordan series. Let's talk style. The Mid cut is perfect—it sits right between the High and the Low. For daily wear, this version offers incredible versatility. I can easily dress these up or down. Compared to some bulkier Jordan models (looking at you, 4s and 5s!), the Mid 1 is sleek and surprisingly lightweight on foot. A major plus!
