As a casual, go-to sneaker, these hit the mark. They look great on camera and in person, they're comfortable enough after break-in, and they carry that "Jordan series" DNA. Would I recommend them? If you need plush, modern cushioning for long walks, consider something with more tech. And if you dislike obvious creasing on the toe box, maybe look at a different material. Just my two cents! The materials – let's be critical. It's not buttery-soft leather, it's more of a grained, durable finish. For the cost, it's acceptable. You won't get the luxury feel of some High OG releases, but that's reflected in the price. This "Jordan" series offering is about the silhouette and color first. It's built to last as a casual wear shoe. Now, a real talk CON — the cushioning. If you're used to modern, plush sneakers, the Air Jordan Mid 1 will feel "firm". There's a small Air unit in the heel, but it's not a "comfort-first" shoe. It's built on a 1985 blueprint! Also, the leather quality can vary by colorway. This one's decent, but don't expect super-supple tumbled leather on this specific release.
