If you're coming from modern basketball shoes or ultra-boost type sneakers, the ride will feel firm. That's just the nature of its design. But for walking around? The support is excellent, and they do break in nicely over time. Looking at the details... The stitching on my pair is clean. The leather, while not buttery, has a nice grain. For a "Jordan series" staple at this price, you get what you pay for—and that's okay! The "Air Jordan Mid 1" is a no-fuss, reliable design. It won't blow your mind with tech, but it will complete fits for years. It might feel a bit narrow for wide-footers, so maybe size up half. Overall, a solid 7.5/10 for me. It does its job well, just don't expect miracles. The materials – let's be critical. It's not buttery-soft leather, it's more of a grained, durable finish. For the cost, it's acceptable. You won't get the luxury feel of some High OG releases, but that's reflected in the price. This "Jordan" series offering is about the silhouette and color first. It's built to last as a casual wear shoe. On foot, the design really pops. The contrast of the black and white panels is so clean and versatile. I've been wearing these for a few hours now, and they look great with jeans or shorts. The Mid cut is, in my opinion, super underrated in the whole Jordan series. It offers a perfect balance for a lot of outfits.
