The Mid cut is perfect—it sits right between the High and the Low. For daily wear, this version offers incredible versatility. I can easily dress these up or down. Compared to some bulkier Jordan models (looking at you, 4s and 5s!), the Mid 1 is sleek and surprisingly lightweight on foot. A major plus! Conversely, who might want to skip? Hardcore performance basketball players—this isn't a modern performance model. Also, if you already own several OG Highs and are "only" interested in premium materials, the mids might feel like a step down. But remember, it's a different shoe with its own purpose! Don't sleep on the "Jordan 1 Mid" just because of the height. Looking at the details... The stitching on my pair is clean. The leather, while not buttery, has a nice grain. For a "Jordan series" staple at this price, you get what you pay for—and that's okay! The "Air Jordan Mid 1" is a no-fuss, reliable design. It won't blow your mind with tech, but it will complete fits for years. It might feel a bit narrow for wide-footers, so maybe size up half. Overall, a solid 7.5/10 for me. It does its job well, just don't expect miracles. Now, a real talk CON — the cushioning. If you're used to modern, plush sneakers, the Air Jordan Mid 1 will feel "firm". There's a small Air unit in the heel, but it's not a "comfort-first" shoe. It's built on a 1985 blueprint! Also, the leather quality can vary by colorway. This one's decent, but don't expect super-supple tumbled leather on this specific release.
