The contrast between the white, black, and that vibrant red is "so" sharp. In natural light, this Air Jordan Mid 1 looks even better. It's a timeless color-blocking. The major pro? Its insane versatility. You can literally wear this with almost anything in your closet. Sliding these Air Jordan Mid 1s on... the fit is TTS (true to size) for me. Immediate thoughts? The ankle collar provides nice support — more than a Low, less than a High. The cushioning is... well, it's an '85-inspired shoe, so don't expect Boost-level softness. It's firm but comfortable for all-day wear. The "overall" feel is classic, stable, & just "simple". Comparing it to its big brother, the AJ1 High... the "air jordan mid 1" offers a slightly more accessible vibe. You lose some of the high-top's lockdown and that iconic tall collar, but you gain a bit easier wearability. It sits nicely between the High and the Low. If the High sometimes feels too restrictive for you, the "mid 1" at $135 could be a perfect middle ground in the "Jordan" family.
