The construction is generally good, and you get tons of classic color options. A solid choice for your rotation. Here's the biggest pro of this Air Jordan Mid 1: versatility. You can literally wear it with anything – shorts, joggers, jeans. It's a wardrobe staple. The build quality on my pair is good, no major glue stains or flaws. For a $135 price tag in the Jordan line, that's a decent expectation to have met. Comparing it to other Jordans... If you have a High, you don't "need" a Mid, but it's a different vibe. The "Air Jordan Mid 1" is easier to put on and off, for sure. It’s less of a statement, more of an everyday shoe. I find myself grabbing these for quick errands more often than my Highs. The price difference in the "Jordan series" makes the Mid a fantastic entry point. Just know the materials might be slightly different—sometimes less leather, more synthetic. Still a great shoe for the money. On feet now. The fit is true to size for me. The padding around the ankle on the Mid is noticeable—it's comfortable and gives good support for casual wear. The footbed isn't plush by any means, but it's not uncomfortable either. It's that classic, flat feel. If you're used to modern, cushioned sneakers, the Air Jordan 1 Mid might feel a bit firm at first.
