It's a "trade-off": you get that legendary look for a "reasonable" $135, but you sacrifice "plush" feel. Perfect for "light" wear, not for all-day "standing". Opening the box, the quality is... "expected" for a mid-tier Jordan. It's not premium, but it's not bad either. The real win for the Air Jordan Mid 1 is the colorway variety. You can find almost any combo you want. For a sneakerhead starting their collection, or someone who just wants a reliable, iconic design, it's a great option. Not for the "materials snob" though. Putting these Air Jordan Mid 1s on feet... the fit is true to size for me. The ankle collar gives a nice, secure feel - it's not as restrictive as the Highs, which I actually prefer for everyday wear. The insole is pretty standard, so don't expect ultra-plush cushioning right out of the box. It's that familiar, supportive Jordan 1 feel.
