This "Jordan Mid" goes with literally everything—jeans, joggers, shorts. It's a wardrobe staple. The design is timeless, and you can grab so many different color stories. For the price, you're getting a piece of sneaker history you can actually wear hard without too much worry. Who is this for? I'd recommend the "air jordan mid 1" to sneaker newcomers wanting a piece of history, or veterans filling out their rotation. It's for the style-focused person who values iconic looks over cutting-edge comfort. Great for casual wear, light activity, and of course, just looking cool. At $135, it's a relatively entry-level point into the "Jordan" series. Comparing it to my Jordan 1 Highs... the Air Jordan Mid 1 is simply easier to live with daily. The Highs are more of a statement, but these Mids are just effortlessly cool and less of a hassle to put on and take off. For the price difference? That's a huge plus in my book. So, I just put these on. The fit is true to size for me—nice and snug around the midfoot. The ankle collar on this "Mid" version gives a good amount of support without feeling restrictive. They're pretty light on foot, which I always appreciate. The insole is basic, so don't expect crazy cushioning... but for casual wear? They're perfectly comfortable right out of the box.
