The Air Jordan Mid 1 gives you that legendary Jordan series aesthetic at a more accessible price and often in unique color combos you don't see on Highs. It’s a gateway into the Jordan 1 world. For $120-$130, you're getting a piece of sneaker history that's incredibly easy to style. That's a huge win for a lot of people. Potential downside? The ankle padding isn't as thick as on some Highs. If you have super sensitive ankles, that's something to note. Also, the outsole traction is good for walking, but I wouldn't recommend these for actual balling—that's not their purpose anymore. As a lifestyle shoe, the Air Jordan Mid 1 absolutely delivers on its promise.
