For ball, I'd go High. But for style? The Mid is way easier to throw on and go. It sits between the High and the Low, offering a unique profile that's super wearable. A great alternative in the Jordan series. So, I just put these on. The fit is true to size for me—nice and snug around the midfoot. The ankle collar on this "Mid" version gives a good amount of support without feeling restrictive. They're pretty light on foot, which I always appreciate. The insole is basic, so don't expect crazy cushioning... but for casual wear? They're perfectly comfortable right out of the box. On feet, the colorway really pops. I went with a classic Chicago-style look, and it's just a timeless combo. The red and white panels work with literally anything—jeans, shorts, joggers. On camera, the crisp lines and classic "Air Jordan Mid 1" profile look fantastic. It's a shoe that's hard to mess up, style-wise. A true wardrobe staple. Who might want to skip? If you're a hardcore OG silhouette collector "only" chasing Highs, this isn't it. If you need plush, modern cushioning for long walks, consider something with more tech. And if you dislike obvious creasing on the toe box, maybe look at a different material. Just my two cents!
