The use of soft leather and the attention to detail on the Elephant Print is noticeable. Durability seems like it will be good. Also, the history behind this model—it saved the Jordan line—adds to the appeal. It's a piece of sneaker culture you can actually wear. My final take? For me, the Air Jordan Retro 3 'White Cement' is absolutely worth it. The combination of heritage, upgraded materials, & wearability hits the mark. It's one of those shoes that feels special in your collection. I'm really happy with this pickup. Now, a potential con? The elephant print. It's a love-it-or-hate-it design element. Some folks might find it too loud or dated. Also, at $210 USD, you're paying for the heritage and hype. The materials are good, but not "premium" luxury good. Keep that in mind. Putting these on... wow. The comfort is a big step up from some older Retros. The Air unit in the heel is noticeable. The fit is true to size for me, with a nice, secure wrap around the midfoot. They're not the lightest sneaker ever, but for a Jordan 3, the weight feels balanced and solid on foot.
