First off, the box is classic. The shoe itself? The shape looks fantastic right out of the box. The 'elephant print' is clean, not overdone, and that 'Nike Air' on the back heel is just "chef's kiss". For $210 USD, the initial quality feels solid. A great start to this Jordan series release. Putting these Air Jordan 3s on for the first time... wow. The comfort is immediately noticeable. The Air unit in the heel is actually doing its job. They feel supportive and the fit is true to size for me. It's not a super plush, modern sneaker feel, but for a Retro? It's one of the better ones in the Jordan series for all-day wear, honestly. My final take? For me, the Air Jordan Retro 3 'White Cement' is absolutely worth it. The combination of heritage, upgraded materials, & wearability hits the mark. It's one of those shoes that feels special in your collection. I'm really happy with this pickup. Who might want to pass? If you need maximum cushioning for long periods on your feet, maybe look at a newer model. Also, if you prefer a more streamlined, low-profile sneaker, the bulky silhouette of the Air Jordan Retro 3 might not be your style. It's a statement piece, not a minimalist shoe.
