It's a trade-off for that sturdy build. Who should maybe pass? Performance basketball players looking for modern tech—look elsewhere. Also, if you have very wide feet, the fit might be too snug. And if you're on a tight budget and need the most comfort-per-dollar, a newer GR model might serve you better. The $200 USD price is for the heritage, not cutting-edge specs. Now, potential downsides. The cushioning might feel too stiff for some, especially if you're used to modern tech. The toe box can feel a bit narrow initially. And that clear icy outsole? It will yellow over time, no question. It's a retro, so you have to accept some of those classic, less-forgiving aspects. In terms of styling, they look great with jeans or joggers. The design details, like the perforated tongue and heel tab, really pop in person. I've worn my pair a few times, and they've broken in nicely. The initial stiffness does ease up a bit, which is a plus for long-term wear.
